Flooring Services

Our 1-Day floor decreases the amount of time you will need to stay off of your floor. The products used for a 1-Day install are a Polyurea or Polyaspartic BASE as opposed to epoxy. This floor still features our highly durable polyaspartic topcoat. One day systems feature a 5 year warranty.

Our featured Epoxy Flooring system consists of a 2-day install time with enhanced adhesion, built in moisture vapor barrier, and increased durability over our 1-day systems. Our epoxy system is the preferred choice for most customers. 2 day systems feature our 15 year warranty.

A TAK representative will always provide an in person quote and consultation with you prior to any work being started. Homeowners will be taken through our entire process and assist with any recommendations on flooring colors, styles or designs. 

As the old adage says, Preparation Is Key!  Our professionally installed floors require the surface to be rid of any oil, paint, debris, or previous coating prior to installation. These services are included by TAK for every install. Every floor will receive stain extraction, crack filling, and a full grind with our best in class grinders and pads. TAK will test the hardness of your floor and grind accordingly  to ensure the best possible adhesion of our product. 

TAK will provide each customer with a final inspection (if desired) to ensure ultimate satisfaction with any of our products. We will also provide each customer with a written warranty 10 years for Polyurea products and 15 years with Epoxy products.

Customers often ask during initial inspection, "What do I do with all my stuff while you complete an install?".  In order to provide a working solution, TAK is happy to offer a Storage Trailer Rental for a minimal fee.  Previously, our only recommendation and solution was to use a POD system but that system is expensive and rentals last 1 month leaving customers paying for a service they don't need. 

The TAK company does not provide moving services for materials and items located in the room marked for service. Customers will be required to remove all personal effects prior to TAK beginning work at the specified location.
